crabapple brown spots

Because of delays with a driveway, I have been unable to plant some trees. I noticed on the leaves of crab small brow spots. I already have crab at house that are healthy. Should I return trees with spots, so they dont infected my older trees? Is this something that will go away? Should I wait till fall to plant? Trees are at work potted.
