I found this clump of seedlings in an old vegetable bed that hasn't been used in 2 years that is now home to 2 bare root raspberry canes. There are 2 or 3 other seedlings spread out in the old bed as well. It looks like cucumbers to me and the leaves feel waxy. Any idea what they are?

Trying to eyeball the size is difficult. Maybe lay a quarter down and that could help. It could possibly be a cuke, melon, squash or pumpkin. I find the wider ones to be melon or pumpkins. But I'm not sure :p

Going to keep watch and see what you end up with. :)
It's funny how things will grow in the oddest places - and NOT where you want them to.
I was weedwacking yesterday and had forgotten that there was a couple of rotted pumpkins next to the gate post - under all that overgrown grass. I wacked the top right off of it and guess what was inside?

Bay, if I could figure out how to do it, I'd send the whole pumpkin to you.
What do you think the post office would say if I just stuck it in a box with a label to ignore any smelly leakage?
