Dehydrating Okra

I am trying to dehydrate okra for the first time tonight. I have been blessed with a bountiful harvest and cannot put any more in my freezer. I have searched the web for the best seasoning to use to make okra chips to snack on. Any suggestions? Since the plants show no sings of stopping, I have time to try more options.

I did it w/ a spicy creole type seasoning, turned out real well. I just sliced and dusted w/ the seasoning, they dehydrate completely crispy.

Dehydrated okra makes such a yummy snack! I tried garlic powder, season salt and finally plain salt. We liked the plain salt the best.
