I just ran across it's website; victoryseeds.com they apparently are a small company focusing on open pollinated and heirloom seeds. it makes me want some of all.
I've about run out of gardening space and haven't run out of seeds yet. blast and darn! I want more raised beds - right now!

I have ordered from them, good seed and good service. You're right - too many seed companies, too many seeds, not enough room!!

Victory Seed has been around quite awhile in Oregon. At least since 1999, that I know of, and I bet quite a bit longer.

I have intended to order from them so many times, and haven't - yet. Of course, I didn't pay much attention to heirlooms vs. hybrids until about 7 or 8 years ago.

Craig LeHoullier (aka NCTomatoMan) is right at the top of the pro (PhD in chemistry, I believe) heirloom aficionados and I've noticed that he has Victory Seed's link on his blog. Eight links in Craig's blogroll and the only for-profit seed company.
