So... I told my husband that I REALLY wanted to rip out the bushes in front of our house and plant all kinds of flowering bulbs.


So finally last night he says

"Whatever you want. You're the one that takes care of all that stuff anyways."



I'm going to start saving some money so I can order all the flowers and stuff this fall. I know that the front is going to look REALLY ugly that first year, but, hopefully I can find some stuff that will bloom from spring until fall.

I know that I want Begonias, Lilies, Iris, Calla Lilies, Gladiolus, Daffodils, Crocus, Hyacinth, and Tulips!

Anybody have any suggestions for me? It will be basically full sun, zone 8a. I'm open to all kinds of suggestions! :rose

I can't offer any suggestions, however, I have tons of daffodil bulbs if you want any. :watering

Woohooo! I put in some this spring... some of them even flowered! Surprised me.

So what do you guys think I should put in there? I want to have at least a little bit of color all year round... at LEAST to hide the foundation of the house (Which is about knee high or so)
