Downton Abbey

Another great series from the UK. Just watched the last episode, I tuned in half way through this series but have managed to find most of the episodes I missed in reruns. Julian Fellows the creator of Downton is absolutely brilliant, the whole cast marvelous, Maggie Smith is absolutely incredible as the sharp tongued Dowager Countess of Grantham (my favorite). Has anyone else watch this series, who's your favorite character or do you have one?

I've never seen this either but my cousin loves it. You have to have HBO or something to get it, which I don't. I pay enough already for basic tv.

@canesisters I'm with you on that, what a "B", great job of acting tho. how these actresses and actors stay in character is unbelievably good. Not like the rubbish we get over here is it. I'm watching Mr. Selfridge now not in the class of Downton but another good one.

Yea, I was like "What did I do to Cane"? But knew it had to be someone in the series. We do get public broadcasting but it's not there. It's on the extra channels that you have to pay for. I also hear a lot about Games of Thrones and another one.
