Dried Up Potted Blueberries?

My neighbor forgot to water his potted blueberries while away, and they look pretty dried up. Is there a way to revive them? If he cut off the dried up foliage is there a chance they might send up new growth? I know very little about blueberries. Some of the stems still look green.

Soak, water regularly and wait and see.

Don't do surgery on the poor things! Water them and see if they pull through.
