Nyboy, since one of my daughter's and son are in Argentina, It's just going to be me, my husband, and other daughter with the kids. I'm doing takeout and don't feel guilty, haha
This is the one family meal of the year I don't have/get to do. Daughter-in-law is having this one. Always delicious and fun.
I've been working in the coop and the garden already today. Cleaning the coop and hauling it to the garden for my fallow bed of future compost. This year I'm covering the old strawberry bed as it was so overgrown with grass that there were few berries anyway. Already had moved the good berry plants into the new strawberry bed.
I am sort of planning to (hopefully) stop for some new carrot and beet seeds today. We are predicted to have no freezing temperatures and plenty of rain for the next week. Sounds ideal for starting some of the cool weather veggies.
I have lettuce that has self-seeded from last year. I'm trying to figure how big to let them get before transplanting them with more space. This is turning out to be a great day for outside work. DH is already complaining about having to stop work for Easter dinner.
Mary where in Argentina are they? I spent a week in Buenos Aries, it was like being in Paris, but with friendlier people . Madonna was staying at our hotel while filming Evita.
