I mean you. Are You eating your breakfast ... everyday?!

I thought this was encouraging and wanted to share: Kids who eat two breakfasts ...

I rarely skip my breakfast, and if I do it's because I'm in a hurry to get all my chores done before leaving for work. Then I have to eat my lunch on the way. Haha!
I have a dominant Hobbit gene that makes having extra meals very inviting. :)

I have to agree that the breakfasts are not very healthy. From what I hear from one set of grandkids, it is cereal or sweet rolls or French toast. No protein to speak of.
