eggplant spots

latly our raised bed eggplant has gotten microscopic little yellow dots on it.Later on turning the entired leaf yellow and killing the entire plant. About 8-10% of a 300ft row what shuld we do?

Another reason it is so difficult to grow eggplants some years: they get the same diseases as tomatoes.

They may have septoria leaf spot, small farmer. Some people just lump septoria together with early blight but they are 2 separate fungal diseases. Late blight is a fungus-like disease, also.

If they are already dying, there may be nothing to do. Fungicides are an answer if this is what they have and it isn't too late to get a crop from them.

I have never used a fungicide on eggplant/tomatoes so have no experience to go on other than having seen problems like this before. I am about ready to give up eggplants in 2011 since it has been so difficult to keep the bugs off them this year. I bet I don't get any fruit off a couple of the plants :/!
