Ten days ago our oldest grandson started his 2nd semester in College. At 2 am the nest morning he had severe chest pains and was rushed to the ER via ambulance. They did a battery of tests and all came back normal. The only thing not normal was he had a temterature of 100.5*. he was given an IV and felt prety good, so he was discharge at 3 pm. The next morning he whent to his classes. That evening , he had severe chest pains again and his temp. was 101*, so back to the hospital. This time he had 2 Cardialogists examine him. Cat scan and Utrasound, a full battery of blood workups and bacteriology tests were performed and all came back normal. The only thing that was not normal was that he had a fever of 101* so the Cardioloists ordered IVs and a round of antibiotics. 2 days later , he felt just fine and his temperature was back to normal. He was prounced good to go ,so home he whent and back to school this morning. Whewwwww ! :hu :clap

I have heard of such a thing around here-same age and scenario. Good thing hhis doctor was a Lyme disease expert-that's what it was. I am so glad your Grandson is recovering.
