THAT is perfect! Just what I would do -- thinking out of the box. The man who did our septic system was having problems getting permission to build his house where he wanted it. Everyone said he needed to be much further from the stream.

The law stated that you couldn't build closer than in line with the sight of a man standing in the middle of the stream. This guy hired an adult man, a midget, (little person) to stand in the water and sight the line for building. He got to build his house where he wanted.
