I live at a lake. Got a cool classic 1957 Lark boat.

We use large plastic floats under the docks to hold them up in the water, along with cables and anchors.

What would happen if I made a piece of dock the same way, and anchor it right in the lake, then put on shallow beds of soil, and made

THE FLOATING GARDENS OF LAKE PILLSBURY?

Are there any floating gardens in other lakes anywhere?

The one in British Columbia is cool!

I have floats available instead of Cedar.

Someone asked how I'd get to it on the lake. I'd use my 1957 Lark. It has a 15 year old 12 HP evinrude motor. It is not as fast as it looks.

Problem I can foresee is that on this lake in summer there are a lot of fast boats, wakeboarders, water skiers, pontoon boats, jet skis and such, and they all make big wakes. Also, I'd probably be required to have it inside the no wake zone...where there still are wakes...for safety.
