I am a tea lover and love floral teas, however rose teas can often be a bit rich (especially when black tea) so I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions other than rose?? Rose is a lovely addition to white tea but I would love a change. Any suggestions welcome!!

I just made my 1st cutting of anise hyssop. I like to harvest this herb just as it begins to flower. Perhaps, it would make an appropriate flavoring for tea. I have some green tea on the shelf so will give it a try ;).

I like to put a raspberry leaf in a brewing pot of tea. This isn't a flower and not the berry, either. However, the flavor of raspberries come thru.

Have you used rose hips with your tea, Eucalyptus?

Okay Eucalyptus, I tried an anise hyssop blossom with a cup of green tea.

DW likes green tea altho' I prefer the oolong. However, I thought the flower flavor would come thru better with the green tea.

And, I'm right! It is there - mostly as a fragrance. Very nice! Inspired, I decided to link a little music to go with a cup of tea and as a way of welcome. You can click the image below (perhaps, put it another tab as you go about your activities):
