Forget Selling Vegtables

"Never find another one like it." Unless you paint one yourself, and leave it out in the weather for a couple years! I would price that at 45.00 in my shop- and be happy if somebody paid it!

There's a whole art in aging/antiquing and creating that aged effect. Someone's watched too many episodes of American pickers.

Can't see the pics on phone. Grrr.....

@lesa if you sell weathered board signs, I have a recipe for aging wood.

Soak a fine steel wool pad in white vinegar for 3 days, remove pad. Use the solution on wood for a gray color.

I got the recipe from a person who built "old" Hoosier style kitchen cabinets and pie safes from so called reclaimed wood. LOL

Yep that's the trick. You can soak it longer or shorter for different grey tones.

Few dings, dents light sanding here and there does wonders. Thin the paint a bit and apply it so it doesn't quite cover. Variable thickness of paint helps too. Lots of tricks out there.
