Fuschia fertilizer

Back in Calif, I used to buy hanging flower baskets from the Menonites, and they sold a special granular fertilizer for them. It was kinda gold in color but turned green when mixed with water. I cannot remember its name nor can I find it on a search on the net.

Suggestions?

Or suggestions for a good fertilizer for my four homemade hanging flower baskets that I made? I've got fuschias, lobelia, Petunias, pelargoniums, and some home grown nasturtiums.

Osmocote is easily available and is slow release.
I use Tiger Bloom a lot for the containers I do. I forget who makes it, it's a liquid concentrate.

When I was growing fuchsias I started out using fish and then changed to 20-20-20- feeding every two weeks. About 2 tsps. to a gal. of water.
