Garden has been started

Found at the co-op, red leaf lettuce, got it in the ground. Also found broccoli going to plant that today, also found cabbage will plant that tomorrow if it is not too wet.

I would try to get it all in today but broke a bone in my foot and having to take it easy.

But it's a start.

Oh I'm so sorry to hear about your foot, but it sounds like you are off to a good start. I wish you luck, but try to take it easy and don't rush things.

Sorry about your foot. I hope it heals quickly. I really love red leaf lettuce. I bought a gourment lettuce blend which has several types of lettuce. So did you plant seed or seedlings? I have seeds but is still too wet and cold here to plant. Can you start them indoors? It doesn't say to on the pack but if I could get a couple of weeks head start that would be great
