Beautiful!!! If you want to see the first 5 (and they are worth a look...) click on the arrow on the left side of the photo. My mom visited Dutch tulip fields and was crushed that they cut the blossoms off right away- they want the bulbs to be strong for selling purposes.

There is a PBS show on Saturday around noon here, that features a "sort of famous" garden every week, mostly in the southern part of the US. I don't care much for the host's interviewing style, but you get some beautiful shots and good ideas. It's not P Allen Smith. Sure can't think of the name of the show right now. "Garden XXXX"
darned senility........:\

Oh, and we have a near world class azalea garden about 15 miles from our house. It's a drive through. Private property but open to the public. I need to go there again. Soon!

So lucky, every now and then I remember to watch that show! Sure brightens up a dark, winter day! Azaleas are such a treat- go take a ride!

We have azalea trails here, basically towns celebrate by making maps to drive around and look at everyone's pretty flowers.
