Garlic question

My garlic started coming up a few weeks ago. I took the old straw off that was wet and matted and put down new. They are coming through this straw and in a raised bed. It is dry. I watered the radishes and spinach in that same box that is covered, but I have not watered the garlic and no rain coming for awhile. Should I water the garlic?

I would. Since it's a raised bed, it will be very dry soil if you don't, and it will drain well anyway.

in a week or two give them some fertilizer they will need it after a long sleep.....
definitely water them raised beds are notorious for drying out even when the top couple inches look wet....
