I have a hallway I use as a art gallery. Several thousand dollars worth of art hangs on the walls, but my favorite is a drawing my grandma did. This morning while sitting in kitchen enjoying coffee I noticed something go on with walls. Very hard to photograph but some thing is running down walls. Lucky did not get to art and i was able to remove. Any idea what causing this ? Never happened in all years I owned house

Has to be moisture of some type. Is the roof line about the place where it's occuring? If so, maybe it's coming from there.

Hasn't it been raining? Or maybe you have a leaking pipe. Water can follow pipes, lumber, even wiring and show up a long way from here it started. I'd take a flashlight to the attic and start looking.

A reasonable anxiety on a practical matter, the supernatural need not be involved despite very unusual rainfall conditions. The fix is likely to move rain off the roof, more efficiently.
