This week when I made cheese, I tried using some herb combinations a friend of mine gave me as a thank you gift for watching her cats while they were out of town.

This one has a Lemon Rosemary herb combination, with pretty red pepper corns.

Here it is all set up with crackers for "Nosh"

I made three different types. This one, then one that is a Dill Dip combination, and one that is a Garlic Herb combination.

I line a small loaf pan with Saran Wrap, sprayed it with Pam, then liberally dusted the Saran Wrap with the Herb powders added cheese about 1/2 full then added a layer of Herbs and then more cheese. Wrapped it up and let it harden in the fridge overnight. It was a big hit!

Last week I gave away some of the Cheese Torte Samples.

Here is the label I made for it.

I am sure it was delicious- but so pretty, it would hurt my feelings to cut into it! I love that pic with the goats, I can hear them saying, are we there yet?

Yes, someone else suggested that very thing when I posted the photo on Backyard Herds.

You are so awesome rebbetzin! Someday, maybe we will have goats or milking cows. I so want to have our own cream, milk, cheese, etc. But we both work full time, 45 minutes each way from home and are just plain old tapped out with time and $$$$ right now. The cows and chickens keep us busy enough. Someday though....

Thanks for sharing your wonderful creations! :D
