Our # 7 grandchild just arrived in time for Christmas. Grandson Born Dec. 6, 2015, 3:31 PM. 7 lbs. 14 oz. 20 3/4" long, blond fuzz for hair, blue eyes.

Congratulations.
We also have December Grandchildren. 
One on the 14th and one on the 28th. Christmas will indeed be merry with a baby to pass around. 
Then the wait for Grandchildren #8 and #9 continues.

Congrats to the lucky grandparents! You didn't mention it, but I presume by the excited announcement that MOM and BABY are both doing well. Good weight for a young man. You are truly blessed.
I, too, have two December birthdays among my Grands. Trey was 18 on December 5th, and my Gypsy will officially become a teenager on December 28th. How can they be getting so old when I barely feel old enough to be a grandmother?

Congratulations bobm. I take it these are not the twins? Didn't know someone else was expecting. Grandchildren truly are blessings from God. You don't have to raise them, just enjoy them.

Thank you , one and all . Grandson # 2 is just so happy that this grandson wasn't born on Dec. 2 ... his birthday, so he doesn't have to share it. 
Oh Red, my wife is only " 22 " (you see, I robed the cradle ) so she is really surprised that she is now a grandmother of 7 ( soon to be 9) !
