everyone has their own way. For me, sitting outside while sun comes up with whatever animals want to sit with me (usually old dog and ex-Tom cat) enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the sun come up while birds sing away. Couple of views.

Super views, Seed'!

Me? Squirming down in the lazyboy. Maybe drifting off for a few minutes as my body adjusts to being in a different position than the totally horizontal.

Lots of fruit, cereal and two cups of hot tea after I can get back to a more upright sitting position.

Outdoors? What would I be looking at out there? Street and yard lights? The moon is a tiny crescent. Dark at those hours ;).

Beautiful views!

I usually roll over and pull the shade on my window, and curl up and watch the trees while the sun comes up and my brain finally wakes up enough that I can function. I dread when the days get short enough it's going to be dark until after 6....

Pretty view Seed! I see you have rock edging too...
I like to get up super early and sit with a cup of coffee under the trees and watch the horses eat their breakfast hay. It's all so quiet except for the munching and the birdsong.

Not as scenic as Seeds, but this is mine. This was early this spring before the apple trees leafed out.

i get the morning view of this tree line (but it is green now) with the sun eventually coming over them or through them. there is no curtain with the patio door being my window too. :) the bottom view of the rhubarb and back part of the NE Garden is obscured by the amaryllis.

i may have a cup of fake coffee in hand for a few moments, but i tend to drink it while it is still hot so that doesn't last long.

once the sun is up far enough i can watch the clouds if i'm lazing about or taking a break... like now. :)

Great views everyone. The best I get is from front porch. But I live in town. So envious of those in the country. Here is one from earlier this summer.

Usually up shortly after the sun, listening to birds and pond outside BR window, then a coffee jump start and get busy doing what ever has to be done that day. So I can veg. out late day and eve. ;)
