A rare medical condition causes the human digentive system to produce excessive quantities of ethanol. Specifically a type of yeast ( Sacharommyses corevisinae ) present in the gastrointestinal system has been identified as an organism responsible for alcohol production in the digestive tract. One can be tested by breathalizer test of up to 4x the legal limit and still not feel tipsy but still be considered legally drunk. But by proving medically that you have this condition you could beat the DUI., Although all of us humans produce small amounts of alcohol when the yeast in our digenstive system interact with carbohydrates and suger from our own food, some people are quite different. With their inability to break down alcohol and their rice- heavy, carbohydrate rich diets, they produce far more alcohol than a regular person. Drive carefully, especially when eating lots of carb rich foods !
