Oh Boy!

Those beautiful Colorado mountains ... they sure are set up to generate thunderstorms!

So sorry, Rick. Give it a chance. Maybe a recovery is possible for some of the plants. Fall plantings ...

Thanks. I assume my carrots and beets will recover. I'm praying for the tomatoes, squashes, peppers, and cucumbers.

:hugs That is really a shame, @Rick494! :fl I sure hope that once the hail has melted you will find less damage than the photo seems to show. Since the air and ground temperatures were well in the safe range, perhaps the tattered leaves will be the worst of the damage and all your plants will recover from the storm.

:epJust looking at your garden makes me want to :hitcry.:hit Nothing can be done to prevent it and thankfully, it seldom occurs, :somad but when it happens it is disasterous.:somad

Oh no. That is a lot of hail. Is that normal for your weather this time of year?

Wow - it seems like there have been a lot of hailstorms doing severe local damage everywhere this year. So sorry - hope some things bounce back quickly! Good luck!

That is unbelievable. I hope most of your plants make it. It's hard for me to imagine that this time of year. It's July for heavens sake!
