Going up to the wine country early this morning for a facial, picnic lunch, antiquing, and wine tasting. Then this afternoon we have a friends retirement and birthday party to go to.

We always taking a silly picture after our workout. Don't know why they got our shoulder warmup poles. Maybe it was to demo the 75 front squats we did at 35lbs and the run we did. haha
