I know you were worried because the seeds weren't "clean", but guess what?

THEY SPROUTED!!!

They sprouted faster than any of the tomatoes I planted so far :D Whatever you did when you saved those seeds, KEEP DOING IT!

Also, they are listed in the recent issue of Mother Earth News as doing very good in my area!

Okay so I'm not sure how I missed this thread.....but I'm glad to hear they worked for ya. I just cut open the tomato, scooped out the seeds (& gunk) onto a paper towel & let them sit in the sun till dry. Then of course the seeds stuck to the paper towel. :lol:
By the way.....clean your inbox please!! :D

So was it leaving the gunk or fusing it to the paper towel that helped so much? :gig

More sprouts!!!

Now I need to get to work on the tomato beds.
