Hi, Have you ever tried or do you use Garlic in a horses diet to discourage fly biting~The girls are dead set against it but I respect and love the plant and think it in reasonable amount, good for man and beast.

Don't know about horses, but some people feed it to their dogs along with brewers yest .They swear it repells fleas.

We've the family have always used it for dogs~Flat Worms.

No, the girls are against it because they've heard and read and thought it bad for so long, we'll see maybe if we hear from someone who's used it.

Cows spit up what they eat. Horses cannot do that, so it probably stays in their system long enough to do some good.

People use this and say it works well, still I would like to hear that from someone I know.

I don't think that there should be a toxic problem with it. The worst thing would be that it doesn't really work and you will think you wasted your money. I have been buying from State Line Tack since 1985 and they don't sell products that harm your horse.
