AFAIK it is just about as 'bad' as chicken poo. I would not personally do it if this is mostly pure poo... also I am not sure there is a huge amount of POINT since what clay generally needs isn't so much nutrients as organic matter, and if it is pure or mostly poultry poo there is really not *that* much organic matter in it.
If it's coop cleanings with a decent amount of shavings or straw in there and it's been sitting there all winter, you could *try* it... but a week is really not much time at all. At the very least, I would suggest trying to seed into unamended soil, as seeds and very small seedlings oftne do quite poorly in the presence of lots of fertilizer.
If you are planning on doing any planting in six weeks or a coupla months, you might consider tilling the stuff into THAT area of the garden instead.
Good luck, have fun,
Pat
