Neat little "science project". I'm going to give it a try tomorrow. I'll be interested to see how much my composting/manure efforts have added to the organic matter in my garden.

My neighbor told me this evening I can come over and help myself to all the manure I want from her cows/horses. She said she probably ought to pay me to to take it, since of course I'll be helping her clean the barn. ;) I told her no worries... :happy_flower Some people collect figurines. I collect manure . :happy_flower  LOL

Okay journey, that sounds like an enlightening little experiment, I'll do it too, but like Jojo, I'll have to wait a bit.
Your manure blog cracked me up :D !
Sounds like me... A year ago I asked the alpaca farmers down the road if they sold their manure. They were happy to let me have it FREE! I got all giddy, and they asked how much I wanted and I said I'd just keep coming back until they locked the gate...nice people, and they never did seem to get tired of seeing my truck pull up.
Non gardeners don't seem to get our fascination with the stuff that comes out of animals!
