Hurry to Loews!!!

I accidentally stopped in at the garden center of Loew's today....They have a bunch of plants marked down. I filled the back of my car, for 15.00!! Butterfly bushes for 1.50, angel trumpets, and a bunch of other stuff! Didn't pay more than 3.00 for anything ( and those were gallon sized pots!) Crazy mark downs- just in case you "need" anything!

Thanks for the warning...i'll have to stay away! I "need" more plants like i need another hole in my head!! But i suspect that's the case with most of us here!!!

I will confess tho, i just picked up more herbs at our local hardware store last weekend! Hahaha, i only got them tho because they were on the List of what was going in my new herb beds. Mother of thyme, and corsican mint. I will post a pic of the new beds sometime here. Sooooo, anyone want to lay bets on if the corsican mint (hardy to 0, it says) will overwinter for me if i mulch it really really well?? It will definitely be down to -20 here. Maybe colder. Cant wait!!

Oh yeah, I "need" more plants too! At those prices I could justify a new bed tho'....
Unfortunately, (or fortunately ) I'm off today and staying home to catch up on laundry and weeds, the two things I can always count on if I'm ever bored. Thanks for the heads up lesa, I might have to try "accidentally" (sure... we believe you ) stopping there when I'm in town.
