Can't wait to try some roasted!
Do you have a favorite variety to roast? I like mild.

Good job Lavender! Those are pretty!

Last time we grilled I made shish-ka-veg and made a couple of skewers of just garlic. They were really good. They took longer than the vegetables which is why they were on their own skewer.

Last year I just tossed some of my grocery store garlic in the ground. That's because I procrastinated and didn't get to the farmers market to get some good bulbs from the garlic man. Oh and "tossed" is not quite what happened. It was November, the ground had frozen and I had to use a pick for the holes. Then I had to stomp the frozen hunk of soil back over them.

But amazingly, they actually grew. Garlic must be tough.

Congradulations! They did really well for you. I find that garlic is easy for me. But I just get whatever the grocery store has to plant. How did you get your garlic looking so clean? When I pull mine out it still looks dirty even after brushing dirt off with my hands.

(sorry)
She's doing great. Right now, just making it through this HOT weather.
I'm starting to make plans for her to visit the neighbor bull in Dec/Jan.
