neat! if only my dh was still drinking the amount of soda like he used to! this looks like a very successful method of growing while not spending a lot of money and time on soil, tilling. prepping and then planting!

though i don't see how you could get the cauliflower to head or support itself without something tied around it when it gets to that stage. cukes i could see planting and growing well this way but you would probably need the space around each column to tie up the plants for support.
