Inside or outside for the squash

[Gardening with Rabbits]

I brought the squash in and wiped them off. Right now the kitchen is cool, but tomorrow I will be using the woodstove and the house will warm up. Would they be better off where they are now or out in a garage with no heat? They have some brown on them, some green, some kind of rough spots where they were lying on the ground.
