Is Any One Raising Meal Worms?

Mine have been ignored, pretty much, but I throw a banana peel in the bins occasionally. I am thinking about starting new bins, and was wondering if anyone uses chicken crumbles for the bedding? I have used various things, but the chicken feed is available, so......

Not in a long time, I haven't. It is on my list along with vermiculture some day. I used oatmeal at the time. I would think chicken feed might work. Worth a try, IMHO.

That's kind of what I thought. What do I have to loose?
My vermiculture project crawled away, slowly, all over the basement floor.
