Is my mango and pineapple okay??

The leaves keep drying up on my mango but seem to be growing new ones very slowly. The pineapple hasn't grown new leaves for a few months but is losing a lot of them...

I've grown pineapples before, but not mangos. Is the center of the pineapple soft and rotting? It looks that way. My pineapples always grew like crazy with new leaves coming out of the center. But they are easy to start, I've even gotten the seeds to sprout once. If yours is rotting I would start a new plant, I don't know what you could do to save it.
