It's been an "eternity".......

.......since I last posted.

On August 30th, my wife was admitted into the hospital in a catatonic state. She remained in a regular room until last Monday (about 30 days, during which time, I never left her) when she went into a coma and was moved to CCU. After many tests and an MRI, she was diagnosted with incephilitus (sic?) and was totally dependent on life support. At 2:30 pm, on October 5th, after conferring with 7 doctors, who gave her no chance of survial, life support was turned off (I can not imagine a harder decision to make and live with) and I layed on the bed and held her, until, at 8:40 pm, October 6, when the love of my life, for the past 35 years, passed from this world. She was layed to rest, yesterday.

Oh Boggy...I was so shocked to read this...I don't know what to say. I feel numb just hearing about it. I had been wondering what had happen to you. I wish I could do something to take away some of your pain.
