We have lots of them too, would love the recipe!:)

After my first harvest, we tried them raw, fried, baked etc... but couldn't come up with something that was tasty enough to continue. This morning was the first hard frost so I may try my hand at it this weekend.

Thanks for the recipe. I will try it but maybe only a half a batch, because you a right it is an aquired taste. We found it best eaten raw, but I think the relish might be good too. :D

Thanks Wendy! The article was illuminating, since before I read your post I had never heard of JA relish. I'll have to give it a whirl.
