Nice haul 'farmer! :)
Is that a purple cauliflower? Does it change when cooked?
The Graffiti cauliflower is a purple cauliflower. When I par-boiled/blanced before freezing it turned to a light purple/lilac color from the royal purple when harvested. I can't wait to serve it with cheese sauce.

Sounds like fun! There are a lot of new colors in vegetables now, I have Purple Haze carrots that are purplish on the outside and orangey
inside. You could really make an unusual looking meal with "normal" vegetables in ..er...abnormal colors!

Can I come over for dinner?!

Those onions especially look really good, are you going to store them for the winter?

Enjoy!! :thumbsup

What a nice variety of colorful veggies you've got there. Those cauliflower really caught my eye. I tried to grow the cheddar last year and lost them all to icky rot, but after seeing yours I'm definitely encouraged to try again!
