not specifically, but i think any onion seeds you may have on hand should work for small ones.

"Robbie" is talking about bulbing onions. I hadn't even thought of the possibility! No, there won't be a chance of a 6 week start before a July transplanting.

Checked the garden center racks this AM and selection is lim•i•ted. We will try some Walla Walla and, maybe, another.

Interesting that Ducks' article suggests Stuttgarter. At one time, that was the only variety here for sets.I understand that seeds are planted late for those and Stuttgarter has special value for sets because of its bulb Winter storage qualities.
