#6 zucchini parmesan crisps sound heavenly!!! They're making them with thicker zucc slices and serving as a hot veg, but it got me thinking: you could very thinly slice, top with straight-out-of-the-shaker parmesan, and cook/dehydrate them into zucchini chips in the oven.

The zucchini snack pizzas--shoot, someone told me their favorite food as a child was when their mother would take a zucchini from the garden, slice it down the middle, sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on it and bake until tender! Forget the tomatoes and olive oil!

Thanks! I've been wondering what to do with all this zucchini!

I'm definitely going to try stuffing some squash blossoms too. Don't know why I've never tried that before.
