Milder Weather Heading Cabbage?

I planted cabbage in October, and I had a good amount of what I planted come up. Nothing made a head before winter hint, they were good and cold hearty, and my heading cabbage came back and started growing again when the freezing temps passed. However, we have mild winters and short ones to boot.

So now I have 8 of the cabbages left, 4 are bolting and 4 are finally developing heads.

Whats a good variety for my warmer region?
