They are not in my garden but under anything laying on top of dirt and invading the outside of my house. They are slipping through the cracks. hundreds and hundreds of them. A horror movie could be made out of the amount of these things. I have cedar siding but my neighbors little house is made of sheet metal and they are all over her house too.

Anyone else? how do you get rid of them?

Maybe you could invite the chickens over for a bit... I do know that they like moist, dark conditions so they won't be found in clean dry areas. I'm sure their are sprays for milipeds that will get rid of them.
