and here i've been following the one on Corvette Forum that was a 1/8 mile racer found in a barn along with a '71' LT1 that was set up to tow the trailer. been watching that one for the past month. wish my friend still had her 61 in her barn but she sold it a couple years ago. she couldn't find the original keys & we'll probably find them hiding somewhere in that barn/garage when she's done cleaning it out of all the stuff she's amassed over the many years.

before you spend anymore on getting another truck i think you should put the money towards at least getting the engine done in your '55'. at least if the engine is running but the body isn't pristine i would be happy with it till the rest could get done.

Thistle guy restoring vette is in Spring Valley about half hour from me. Chickie I am under impression all engine been done.
