NY boy... that is a conjoyed twin that never fully developed. I have seen quite a few museum specimens at the UCD Veterinary Pathology Dept. with double mouths, double heads, multiple limbs, conjoined bodies, etc.

Amazing mother didn't reject him, and he grew to adulthood in wild.
