As of now thing look good in the grow chamber.
These little test tomatoes are a couple weeks old and show no signs of stretching.

I've been using a app on my smart phone that calculates lux and I'm at about 12199 lux which is about the same as full daylight indirect sun.

For comparison here is a screenshot of the lux reading outside direct sun.

Just a quick update.
I have new life within the grow chamber. I see about 5 or 6 tomatoes just starting to pop out of the ground. The Marglobe and Rutgers (Burpee Seeds) are starting to emerge from the soil at 6 days and the Rutgers 250 and Rutgers 250 "Schermerhorn" (direct from Rutgers) are starting to emerge at 5 days.

The soil has been kept moist (not wet) and the temperature inside the grow chamber is around 80 degrees.

One of the Marglobe tomatoes.

Update on the tomatoes that are in the growing chamber.
These seedling are 4 days out of the ground and 9 days since I planted the seeds.
The young seedling are doing well, growing fast but I need to get another set of light in there. You can see that there starting to bend to the light, and stretch just a bit.
