Chillin' In The Garden
Well since that is pretty much all I have growing at the moment I'm calling it the onion farm. I planted about 100-125 onion sets, some shallots and a few garlic cloves about 2 months ago (can't remember exactly - I'm going to start keeping track from now on).
Well today I planted another 60 or so onions and about 50 or so garlic cloves.
I also transplanted about a dozen strawberry plants from a whiskey barrel to the beds. In the wiskey barrel I planted a bunch of freesia bulbs.
I read in one of my books that strawberries and onions make good companions. Though in my mind strawberries and onions together sounds gross.
