Lovely as always! I love nasturtium- have you ever planted the trailing type? They are really fun, in a window box. Mine reached to the ground last year!

That's a beautiful salad! When ya got food that fresh and yummy, who needs salad dressing?? (grin)

Never grown nasturtiums before, but I bought seeds a couple of weeks ago. This will be my first year growing them. I've never eaten them, either, but I hear they have nice flavor. I like using the little purple flowers from the hairy vetch that grows wild all over the ranch here, as well as the miner's lettuce. Mmmmm. The flowers of the vetch plant are edible and quite tasty, but the rest of the plant is toxic to people. Apparently, it is not toxic to chickens cuz ours ate it all up last year like it was nuttin'.
