while dad and brother were out we hit the farmers market in hillsville,va which was a little disappointing, but being mid week maybe nobody was selling...
anyway the dw saw a building off to the side, she goggled it. now thats a right smart idea for people who do not have room to can at home....

neat! i only thought places like that did commercial canning of fish. at least in my area they do that.

I've heard of places like that, but never have seen one. That is a wonderful facility and I am sure that it is well appreciated.
