Ick! I don't have a clue, but they don't look very friendly to me. Guess you could capture them in a jar and wait to see what develops.

Larvae of some sort? I have never seen anything like them before. :sick Whatever they are, they must be thirsty, hanging around that drip hose like that.

Fungus gnat larvae. They are traveling near the drip hose because of the moisture.
